Following your purchase, you will receive an e-voucher and further details to book when you are ready.

Once you know your preferred date and time for your experience contact us and your byMe PA will coordinate your reservations ensuring they meet your specifications. Please anticipate confirmation within 1 working day.

We are happy to issue refunds on unused vouchers bought directly from bymelifestyle.co.uk within 14 days of purchase. Once you or the recipient has booked your end-to-end experience, and booking confirmation shared, you are bound by the Terms and Conditions of the various operators.
